  • Requests for exchange or return will be approved within 3 working days.
  • In case of approval of the exchange or return request, the courier will reach the customer within 3–5 working days.

  • Please take photos of the product and send them along with your city, address, and order number so it can be replaced if it is defective, damaged, or not as agreed.
  • A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on the product page.
